Every leader eventually hits a wall. At some point, we all come face-to-face with the limits of our personal integration and self-knowledge. Our blind spots hinder our growth. Some leaders remain stuck, while others find a way to grow to a new level of development—what I call deep growth.

How does this happen? What does this look like? And what can we do to deliberately pursue deep growth?

I’ve launched a study to uncover the answers to these questions. Through in-depth interviews with leaders who have faced their limits, come to terms with the story, and are forging a new story, I’m working to decode the deep growth process.
